  I've always been a fan of this CrossFit gym (box), but in the last year it has gotten even better and has undergone an amazing transformation. New ownership, new staff, new layout, and amazing programming. The goals of this place are truly for each person to feel like they are a part of this community, as well as getting high quality instruction. They care more about quality of movement than speed of movement which is very hard to find in CrossFit! I would recommend to beginners and advanced athletes and all levels in between!
