  I needed assistance getting a fitting room no one was in the area so I walked over to the next area. Associate was nice but walked me over to another Associate & pointed to her and said she could assist. After asking two other Associates I received the same response there should be someone at the desk to assist. At this point I walked over to Customer Service to speak to the Manager. She peaked her head out from behind the metal door and said Associate is there. I explained there is no one there currently and I already asked several Associates. Manager Krista's response was I just spoke to her. There was no attempt to make sure there was someone to assist or even an attempt to good Customer Service forget expecting great. Against my better judgement I walked back to fitting rooms at one last attempt since Manager stated someone was there to assist. I walked back to fitting room area there was no Associate there and phone ringing continously. I would not recommend store #1482. I will also be sending an email to the Corporate office my hope is they would take this as feedback to provide better training to their Associates as well as Managers.
