  BASICALLY, I DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR SALES RECEIPTS or the related service I received.
  
  3/11/18 Went to mall first time in years, and upon entering store was told of multiple different sales and discounts in different sections of store. Bought a few items. Receipt lists original item and price followed by two lines: one said "Manual Trans Disc." while other various things like "Panties 3 for $33," "Mix and match BOGO," Clearance 40% off" - most were obvious descriptions while manual trans disc was curious (later learned the discount for opening card). No matter as it came to amount I tallied in head. When signed up for credit card I advised preferred PO Box as prob receiving mail where I live and didn't want stolen. Was told only use physical address. When didn't receive, I called and the card was shut down as stolen. The phone rep said I could use PO Box and have avoided the whole issue by sales rep calling. (Ok). Either way, new card on way. She also said I could still purchase/use two coupons in meantime with photo ID and having the sales rep calling. They would simply hand phone over for password we set up on account. (Awesome) The coupons I had said once spend $50 then next $25 spent would be free. It specifically stated would be listed after total, before tax. 3/20/18 went back. Emily had difficulties at checkout and had to call support several times. She was hung up on. Another did not understand. blah blah. Literally 20-25+ minutes later listening to her complain about needing to get someone who knew what to do, and literally after giving her my verifiable info no less than seven times that she then repeated loudly each time (very uncomfortable), it finally completed. We, including another customer waiting patiently all literally went YEA! and rushed to face the 5 o'clock traffic. Realized later the receipt seemed $50 more than I tallied and didn't appear at first glance to include the two coupons used. Again, same original description line followed by discount followed by a description of real women dollars - of which did not add up to the $50. 3/21/18 called and spoke to manger for her to explain how should appear on receipt. She confirmed same flat discount and urged to come back in. Another trip to the mall :( Gave Marissa receipt. She looked it over. THEIR OWN MANAGER couldn't explain the calculation WITHOUT COMPLETELY UNRINGING EACH ITEM AND THEN RERINGING EVERYTHING UP NEW! What? That's how confusing the receipt was! Then the, oh yea, it's right. It just broke it up by item instead of lump total. Also two bras I was told on sale, were not and that was basically absorbing the $50. I'm not stupid, and obvious first would be to add the only other line to equal discount - which it didn't. Feel any associate, but especially a manager, should be able to explain that without unringing and reringing everything. That was ridiculous! Receipts should not be so confusing you don't know if it was even done correctly. No one wants to feel like they are paying more than they should. And no one wants to waste time to have to drive back and forth. At least, I don't. Told her to keep the coupons and the overpriced bras and I won't be coming back. IMHO, if they are honest up front with a good price or a good product, they wouldn't need to be so "creative" with their sales and receipts to trick people into getting more. And their clerks and phone support are definitely not in cinque with policies.
