  We are a dealer of Mid Continent Cabinetry brand of Norcraft. We had nothing but major problems with Mid Continent cabinetry .We spent thousands of dollars for our showroom displays . After an 80 year old customer had issues with their cabinetry .They are delaminating .Julie Jensen sales rep for Mid continent cabinetry Refuses to go out and take a look at them.She looked at some pictures we had sent to her and Julie Jensen called it excessive use .We really never had many issues with Mid Continent cabinetry until Julie Jensen came aboard. Nothing but lies out of her mouth. When I first met Julie Jensen I told her that CO op money was to go to our company and I would dispurse the way I wanted to disperse out the money in our office. Julie Johnson went to one of my it I got ahold of the CO up office of mid continent cabinetry and talked to the CO up person that I'm pretty sure her name was penny at mid continent cabinetry for CO up money she told me that Julie Jensen emailed my designer directly to her personal email. Julie Jensen told me she made a honest mistake so she could line her pockets with more money very unprofessional woman. She does not care about the dealer or the consumer.
