  I moved to Tampa over a year ago and I was looking for a way to elevate my conditioning and workouts. I did some research and found Orlando’s Kickboxing Gym. The gym offers affordable group classes and one on one training that fits my schedule. Since joining I have made many personal gains including lowing my body fat percentage and increase muscle mass. The coaches at the gym are knowledgeable and will set a work out program based on your needs weather it’s for professional kickboxing / boxing, self defense, or if your just looking for a way to push yourself to get results. Orlando’s kickboxing gym is the place to get it done at. I recommend it to anyone who is looking to elevate themselves. It’s a great place with excellent coach’s and a great atmosphere.
