  I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy! If I could give negative star, I would! I've been here two years too long! If you have time take it and find a better location than this one! It's getting increasingly worse. Trash and dog feces EVERYWHERE at times I feel I live on skid row, due to the conditions of the property, total dump!!! Only reminder that I don't live in the slums is the monthly overpriced rent! Trust me keep going,lots of other property available at this price range! The property management team is worthless in fact the maintenance people who live here contribute to the noise and over running trash issues! I saw one employee allowing his large size dog poop on the lawn and never made an effort to cleanup. People clean their cars out and leave the trash in the parking lot which stays for days at a time!!! I'm in the process of moving and would recommend Everyone to say No to Yes Management- what kind of name is that anyway! Say yes to all type of living conditions! Oh now I get it!

  Not a terrible place to rent. I lived here for two years. It is a bit overpriced, but the units are relatively spacious. The walls are sturdy and sound barely travels between units. That is a major positive as most modern apartments seem to be built with hollow walls. I rarely heard my neighbors.
  
  The major negative is that many people speed through this complex. I've almost gotten hit a few times walking. There seems to be no care to yield to pedestrians. Speed bumps or signs might help this complex. Also the dumpster breaks often and trash piles up. It becomes very unsightly.
