  Absurd. I was originally seen at the University location, on a last minute appointment when I had a day off work. Providers there were excellent, however since that location is over 30min from my home I asked to have my records transferred to the South Tampa location for a few biopsies. My first appointment was rescheduled twenty minutes before I was supposed to be there at 8am. I rescheduled for a week later, arrived five minutes early, and was taken back after about ten minutes. After the nurse greeted me and hinted that she wasn't exactly sure of the reason for my visit, I was left waiting in an exam room for 45min. Eventually the provider came in, briefly "apologized" for "the lateness" and blamed it on an accident on the Veteran's. She proceeded to ask me to show her the areas of concern. I asked whether she had my records from the other location, to which she said "I mean, yeah we have notes but I can't even read them." I explained that my fiancé and I had taken off work TWICE now for this appointment and if she hadn't reviewed my chart ahead of time to realize she couldn't read it, I certainly wasn't comfortable letting her stab me with needles and cut parts of me away. I ended up getting dressed and leaving immediately.
  
  Complete lack of professionalism and a waste of my time. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.
