  Brought my car to James for the third time a little over a month ago. The other 2 times there were problems as well but nothing like the last time.
  Prior a friend who is good with cars told me what he thought the problem might be so I told James. Instead of actually checking the problem himself worked based on he-said-she-said. Told me it would be ready the next day but when I came back the part still hadn't arrived (he didn't call to let me know it wasn't ready so I made the trip all the way there for nothing). When the part came my car still didn't work because he never actually ran a diagnostic.
  A week later, my car still wasn't working and one of his mechanics broke something else on the car. I went to the shop 4 TIMES to pick up my car only to find it wasn't ready (no call from him to let me know). After 2 weeks of him having my car I finally was able to pickup my car. He misplaced my key and I had to wait for him to find it. I paid him in full as I was so excited to FINALLY have my car but realized shortly after it had 2 more problems that didn't exist when I brought it to him. He denied all responsibility. Still trying to fix the new issues. Shady, poor communication, poor responsibility.
